All you need to do to see the plot is watch the Batman movie, and that is more than enough
As a continuation of what happened in Batman and the disaster that befell the city, I saw the opening scene which is one of the most amazing disasters that have happened, and the chaos we see with the appearance of the Penguin is nothing more than an indication that the Penguin was placed in the right place at the right time to take advantage of the overwhelming chaos, and of course he is also a real man. I don’t have much experience in the world of comics or the character of the Penguin, but I had no trouble understanding the events and the style of the character.
